On January 5th 2024, the Department of Cooperation & Development organized a farewell party for international exchange students participating in the student mobility program at UEL with the participation of DCD collaborators.
The party is also a special occasion for French & German students to express their thoughts and share with us experiences of living and studying in Vietnam, as well as unforgettable memories with their supportive UEL buddies - those UEL students selected by DCD to support international students in both academic and social life during their exchange period. It was a bittersweet moment, marking the end of their exchange journey and an indelible chapter of their youth. During the party, they participated in various activities such as decorating Vietnamese conical hats and practicing trendy TikTok moves. The students also gathered together for a cozy celebration, reminiscing about the highs and lows of their time in Vietnam.
Even though the end is inevitable for every journey, DCD and UEL buddies bid farewell to our international students, we want to express our heartfelt wishes for their future. We hope that their time with us has been filled with unforgettable experiences. Remember that you will always be welcome to return to UEL.
