Department of Cooperation and Development (DCD), under the University of Economics and Law (UEL) - a constituent member of Vietnam National University (VNU), is a management unit accountable for the relations between students, lecturers, as well as domestic and international partnerships.

DCD’s duty is to build and maintain the connection between UEL and its important partners from all around the world, especially those from Southeast Asia, which therefore fosters opportunities to experience international study and research environments for the students. Simultaneously, DCD is also responsible for organizing conferences with the participation of its associates from other countries working in the areas of Economics, Management and Law, thus leaving a favorable impression on them.

As for Internship and Practical Training sectors, DCD is in charge of assisting the students with their career path via providing them with job opportunities offered by its partners, with the hope that young generations from our university can have access to professional working environments, hence developing fundamental skills for their future. Beside International and Business Cooperation, DCD also aims to expand its relations with the local community through their partnership in short-term educational programs, leading to UEL’s professors' engagement in local educating activities, building the better community.
