 A. Role
  • Managing domestic and international cooperation relationships
  • Organizing the mobilization of social resources to serve the activities of the University.

  • Organizing community service activities and developing partnerships.

 B. Missions
  • Developing strategies and plans for partnership development and acting as the lead in organizing plans, strategies, programs, and partnership development activities.

  • Acting as the lead in organizing community service activities and events.

  • Acting as the lead in organizing activities, programs, events, receptions, and farewells for foreign delegations.

  • Acting as the lead in developing and managing cooperative projects (international and domestic).

  • Acting as the lead in managing records and procedures related to foreign individuals working, teaching, researching, academic exchanges, and cooperation with the University; activities related to conferring honorary titles and honorary degrees of the University.

  • Acting as the lead in receiving sponsorships, aid, scholarships, and gifts from organizations and individuals both within and outside the country.

  • Acting as the lead in managing communication, advertising, product/service introduction, and programs serving/supporting/recruiting students from organizations and individuals outside the University.

  • Responsible for other tasks as assigned by the Rector.
