Chương trình trao đổi sinh viên - ĐH Ngoại ngữ Hankuk, Hàn Quốc

Phòng HTQT xin thông báo chương trình trao đổi sinh viên tại trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ Hankuk, Hàn Quốc, như sau:

1. Chương trình:
Chương trình quốc tế hè:
- Thời gian: từ 14/7/2016 đến 12/8/2016
- Ngôn ngữ: tiếng Anh cho các khóa học và tiếng Hàn cho khóa học tiếng Hàn
- Số lượng suất học bổng: 3 suất

Chương trình học kì thu:
- Thời gian: từ 29/8/2016 đến 16/12/2016
- Ngôn ngữ: tiếng Anh cho các khóa học và tiếng Hàn cho khóa học tiếng Hàn
- Số lượng suất học bổng: 4 suất

2. Giá trị học bổng: TOÀN PHẦN HỌC PHÍ

3. Yêu cầu:
- Đối tượng: Sinh viên đại học đã hoàn thành ít nhất 1 học kì tại trường Đại học Kinh tế - Luật.
- Điểm GPA ≥ 7.5/10.
- Trình độ ngoại ngữ: tiêng Anh: TOEFL iBT ≥ 80 hoặc tương đương cho các khóa học được dạy bằng tiếng Anh, không yêu cầu trình độ ngoại ngữ cho các khóa học tiếng Hàn chuyên sâu.

4. Hồ sơ đăng ký:
Chương trình quốc tế hè:
- 02 ảnh 3x4cm nền trắng;
- Bảng điểm (bản gốc và bản dịch);
- Giấy khám sức khỏe;
- Bản photo hộ chiếu;
- Bản sao chứng chỉ tiếng Anh (nếu có) hoặc thư giới thiệu (tiếng Anh);
- Công văn đề cử của đơn vị;

Chương trình học kì thu:
- 01 bài luận giới thiệu bản thân và kế hoạch học tập;
- 02 ảnh 3x4cm nền trắng;
- Giấy xác nhận sinh viên (bản gốc và bản dịch);
- Bảng điểm (bản gốc và bản dịch);
- Giấy khám sức khỏe;
- Bản photo hộ chiếu;
- Bản sao chứng chỉ tiếng Anh (nếu có) hoặc thư giới thiệu (tiếng Anh);
- Công văn đề cử của đơn vị;

5. Hạn chót nộp hồ sơ: 22/4/2016

6. Quy trình đề cử hồ sơ:
- Các ứng viên vui lòng nộp hồ sơ về phòng Hợp tác Quốc tế, phòng 108 (ứng viên nộp từng hồ sơ riêng cho từng chương trình muốn đăng ký) để Phòng tổng hợp hồ sơ và gửi cho ĐHQG-HCM. ĐHQG-HCM sẽ lập hội đồng tuyển chọn và sẽ gửi đề cử cho HUFS.
- Sau khi nhận được đề cử, HUFS sẽ gửi email cho ứng viên được đề cử để hoàn thành thủ tục nộp hồ sơ trực tuyến.
- Ứng viên in đơn đăng kí được tải về tại địa chỉ:http://webs.hufs.ac.kr:8989/src08/jsp/fexchange/index.html
và gửi toàn bộ hồ sơ đăng ký đến địa chỉ:

Exchange students must have completed at least one semester at their home university at the time of participation in this program and their GPA should be over 2.5 out of 4.0

Health Insurance

Exchange students or their parents/guardians are responsible for the cost of treatment should any medical emergencies arise. Students should bring comprehensive travel and medical insurance before coming to Korea and verify that the insurance policy they carry covers hospitalization and medical care occurring during international travel and sojourns, as well as repatriation to their home country in case of medical emergency.

Administration Fee

For students taking Intensive Korean Language course during the regular semester, there is no application fee. If students wish to continue language course in summer or winter vacation, there is an administration fee of 50,000 Korean Won.
